Man Bambou keeps the plantation's "natural" Creole garden. The gardener is also a painter and a poet. The fruit trees (guava tree, mango tree, carambola, mandarin tree, citron tree etc.) and the food-producing, medicinal and ornamental plants blend together without many constraints in an area of around three hectares on sloping land.
